Shipping policy

ReWear Studio is based in New Zealand and ships nationwide.

Order Processing

Orders are packed and dispatched twice weekly on Tuesdays and Fridays.

To ensure your order is included in the next dispatch, please place it by 5 PM the evening prior.

During launches or busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer as we prioritize quality and care in every package.

Shipping Rates

Urban delivery: $8 - (FREE for orders over $100)

Rural delivery:  $12 - (FREE for orders over $150)

All orders are sent with tracked shipping. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking email.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout, as we are unable to change addresses once an order has been dispatched. Orders will not be dispatched if incorrect shipping selected until rural delivery surcharge has been paid.
