Why choose pre-loved clothing?
Pre-loved clothing is a thoughtful, practical choice - especially for children and everyday wardrobes. Many garments are worn only a handful of times before being outgrown or replaced. Choosing pre-loved extends the life of well-made clothing, reduces waste, and keeps quality pieces in circulation for longer. At Rewear Studio, we focus on items that still have plenty of wear left - pieces that feel good, last well, and deserve a second (or third) season.

Why buy pre-loved for children?
Children grow quickly. Pre-loved clothing allows families to buy better quality without over-spending, dress children in natural fibres and comfortable fabrics, and reduce the pressure of wear and tear on brand-new items. It’s a practical choice that makes sense for real life.

Why is pre-loved clothing more affordable?
Because items are not brand new, pricing reflects previous wear - even when garments are in excellent condition. This means you can access higher-quality fabrics, natural fibres, and well-known brands at a more accessible price point.

Is pre-loved clothing hygienic?
Yes. Every item at Rewear Studio is carefully checked, inspected, and washed before being listed. We do not sell items with excessive wear, damage, or hygiene concerns. Condition is clearly defined so you know exactly what to expect.

Shopping & Logistics
How do I know the condition of an item?

We use the following five categories to help you shop with confidence:

New With Tags (NWT): Brand new and unworn, with original store tags still attached.

Excellent Used Condition (EUC): Gently worn and exceptionally well cared for. The fabric, colour, and shape remain like new, with no visible signs of wash wear or pilling.

Very Good Used Condition (VGUC): A well-maintained piece that shows light signs of a previous life. This may include very minor "wash wear" or light fading consistent with natural fibres, but the item remains free of large stains or damage.

Good Used Condition (GUC): Reliable, everyday wear that shows normal signs of use, such as moderate fading or softening. Any minor imperfections are clearly described and photographed.

Bundles / Play Condition: These items are well-loved and perfect for daycare or messy adventures. They may show visible signs of wear - such as heavier wash wear, small marks, or a previous owner's name stamp on the fabric - but they remain fully functional and wearable.

When will my order be sent?
To remain efficient within our small studio, we aim to dispatch orders twice weekly on Tuesdays and Fridays. You will receive a tracking email once your items are on their way.

What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted only if an item is not as described. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or sizing issues, so please read descriptions carefully before purchasing. We are happy to help if you have questions before completing your purchases (noting items are not safe in your cart until checkout has been completed). Approved refunds will be processed less a 5% restocking fee.
