Returns
Returns are accepted only if an item is not as described
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and details
Not available for any final sale items
Items must be unworn and in the same condition as received
Exchanges
Exchanges are not guaranteed due to one-off nature of pre-loved items
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if a return is approved
Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and refunds processed will be less a 5% restocking fee to cover related administration to process the return and re-list items.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, sizing issues, or general wear expectations
